Twende Pamoja project

Presiding Officer Ken Macintosh MSP, and Minister for International Development and Europe Alasdair Allan MSP meet a group of about 350 pupils from 16 Edinburgh schools and their teachers as part of the Twende Pamoja who will walk from Lauriston Hall to the Scottish Parliament to present their Global Vision for Peace in the form of statements they have developed themselves in partnership with children and young people in Tanzania.  20 September 2016. Earlier today I met a group of around 250 pupils from 16 Edinburgh Schools as part of the Twende Pamoja project. Kindly, I was presented with their ‘Global Vision for Peace statement’ which the pupils have developed with children and young people in Tanzania.
