Ken was delighted to join Des McNulty, Deputy Director of Policy Scotland in conversation to reflect on 22 years of devolution and the Scottish Parliament. The event, hosted by Policy Scotland and the University of Glasgow, also included introductions from university Principal, Anton Muscatelli.
This wide-ranging conversation delved into the principles and procedures of the Scottish Parliament, particularly during the past year with the COVID-19 emergency, and the intense scrutiny of its investigation into the Scottish Government’s handling of harassment complaints. It also marked the end of this parliamentary session ahead of the Scottish Parliament election taking place on 6 May 2021.
